The only advice I can give you is ignore the tummy talk and drink, drink, drink! I have exactly the same sometimes and extra water does help (although most of the time that tummy keeps on talking), just focus on something else if you can, grit your teeth and bare it.

You've done really well not to give in so far, really really well! Just keep reminding yourself of why you are doing this, and think about your goals. Is there anything you can do to occupy yourself?

I like my grumbly tummy, it's like a friendly voice!

Why not split up your packs, and then you have some 'food' to look forward to every couple of hours or so. Its just a mind over matter thing I think, keep drinking the water and tell your naughty tummy to behave!

my counsellor always said a growling tummy was your inner pacman munching at your fat which was a good sign, after that I was quite happy knowing it was working.
