help i forgot my lunch today ... need ideas

    i usually am so prepared and have my lunch made for work and have a syn free lunch

    i forgot mine today and dont know what to have i only really have use of a microwave here and the co-op beside us doesnt have a great choice

    im on a green day ... any ideas ??

    If you havent had any HXb today i dare say you could risk a sandwich if they have them ready made.....
    Any tins of soup there?

    ive had my weetabix and i woudlnt dare eat a pre made sandwhich lol

    ive got a super noodle to go here its 7 syns and i hate usingmy syns but im really hungry lol

    i could have a baked spud maybe hmmm

    tin of baked beans and a jacket spud you can do the spud in the micro and warm the beans up in there too very difficult other options is pasta n sauce or savoury rice sure you can do them in the micro :)

    im havin a stressful day here

    ive put a baked spud on and i got beans from the shop .. i usually like to stick to salads etc on my weigh in day but ah well im super hungry and i dont want to binge on junk food lol

    I am having a jacket potato and beans too. i usually have a roast here at work on a wednesday but i have decided to put my weight loss first and go for a jacket.

    was a good choice but nowhere near filled me up lol

    im still hungry hahaha i might have to go get some fruit or something i dont want to binge on crap food
