Hi everyone. I'm on ss+ in my 2nd week have my 2nd WI on Monday. Ive stuck to it 100% and lost 6lbs in my first week which I didnt think was all that considering I was 14 st 2lbs. Tonight I went out and had a fillet steak and a small dressed salad! Im scared I wont lose any weight this week and may have kicked myself out of ketosis. Does anyone have any advice on how much damage ive done?! Im so worried and feel really gulity! Thanks.
