Im going to start going to a group on Thursday morning, ive done slimming world before at home and lost 3 stone but I have since put it all back on again plus more! Ive decided to bite the bullet and get fit and healthy for 2013, apart from anything im going on holiday in june and its my first holiday abroad and I want to look good! Even though ive done this before I feel like im going to fail. I know I shouldn't but I really feel as if I wont get anywhere. Does that make any sense to anyone?
