help :) ive started old weight watchers today

I wondered if I could ask for advice on couple of things firstly is vintage points same as discovery plan? and how do I use old calculator if theres no fat in a food?

Yep its the same and not so sure if theres no fat. Hopefully someone else will though

Hi Beverly22, what item is it?is it that there is no fat or a trace of fat?? If so I usually just put 0.0 and then the cals, hope that helps.xx

thanks for reply,i haven't wanted a food at moment I wanted to know how to use it just in case I come across a certain food, im going to buy a old point calculator of ebay
