Help keep me motivated

Hi all new to site.
I started watching what I am eating a little over 2 weeks ago and have been doing well (Up until Friday 19th) where I have started going off the rails with tempting unhealthy food choices.
My starting weight was 13st 4lb on 2nd Feb. Currently at 12st 8lb.

Thought if I started keeping a diary on here might help to keep me on the straight and narrow.
Not following any particular plan or diet, Just keeping the calories and sat fat intake in check.

Weight myself once a week on Tuesday.

WI today only shows a 1lb loss, But still heading in the right direction (also due TOTM) so probably doesn't help much.

Yesterdays food

Breakfast : 30g Porridge with water teaspoon of syrup
Lunch : SW crustless quiche (using 3 egg whites/1 yolk and cottage cheese) with garden salad
Dinner: 150g chicken breast fillet made into a stirfry (fry light used)

Snacks: Banana , low fat strawberry yoghurt with sliced banana
 
Yesterday food intake. This looks like I have eaten tons , However each item for meals is listed separately . A low fat strawberry yoghurt (87 cals) was also eaten without adding to this as screen shot had already been taken
