So last year i lost 2 stone then quit smoking and gained it back...iv been doing sw now for 1 month and still gaining weight im not exercising as i work within the comminity split shifts so when it comes to days of i just sit and relax plz help as really dispise looking at myself im currently 11st 11 i struggle with breakfast i dont have a sweet tooth and not a lover of fruit bit i do get it in my diet which bores me as im the kind of girl who would eat a steak for breakfast...i dont....but if i could i would....iv turned to apple cider vinegar as heard thats gd only one will tell...i just feel like im letting myself down and now feel like picking up a cigarette
