What has been your strategy for maintaining? Have you been following SW guidance or just returned to your old ways of eating? If its the latter then answer is a simple one Im afraid
Well I have slightly slipped but work gets on top of me and I tend to forget to eat or eat when I can so I've decided to go back to basic!! Re read my book and written my food down after talking to my consultant this morning xx
I also am working my way back to target after letting things slip! I think the answer is to get back on plan and then when I get back to target try and use the guidelines to stay there.
