Help me through hunger

I'm not on Cambridge but i find little distractions work! usually stuff like a bath, a book, painting your nails, sorting out your clothes, playing a game online, calling a friend, going for a walk.... It's usually just head hunger and not genuine hunger because your body is used to you feeding it at a specific time.

I agree with the above. Distraction definitely helps. I usually go out for a walk (without my purse so I'm not tempted to go into a shop) to get away from the kitchen and walk the cravings off.

A lot of the time hunger pangs are mistaken for dehydration and your actually thirsty, not hungry, so make sure your drinking lots of water. Brush your teeth, the minty flavour will take your mind off food :)
