Hi Guys i am starting SW with my friend on wed as she has been going for a while a really likes it, however i am slightly confussed i am not really sure on how i actually works as the website dont explain the diet very well. i was wondering if anyone could give me a breif crash course on what you do? Also form loking at the free 7 day eating plan i can see that i dont eat alot of the mentioned foods can i subsitute those or is it quite ridgid and has to be stuck to?
