Help needed - how do I bake a sweet potato in it's skin?

    I want to do sweet baked potatoes for tea tonight, in the oven, but have no idea how to go about it. can anyone help?

    Just bake in the same way as you would a normal potato - will take a little less time though as sweet potatoes cook more quickly

    Not really - just the timing depends on the size of the potato as it would for a normal potato. You're just best checking every half hour to see if it's done.

    Checked my book - no sign of it being a HEXB on red. Must not be enough fibre in it I guess??
