help needed making a healthier takeaway choice at home :)

Hi guys. Right my favourite thing to eat for a takeaway is a cheese and chip wrap with prawn sauce from the chip shop, as this is soo high (i worked it out to be around 26pp's) i have decided to try to make a healthier version. i thought i could buy weight watchers wraps and use one which i think is 3pp. i think the best chips are mccain rustic oven chips which are 6pp for 200 grams, thought i could use weight watchers grated cheese but im unsure of what sauce to use, ive tried to work out the points of low fat seafood/prawn sauce but it seems to be very high in points, can anyone suggest any sauce's that would be better and lower in points or can anyone suggest a way i can make it even lower in oints. Any feedback would be brilliant. Many thanks :)
