Hi there, I am looking to see if someone could give me some feedback regarding my diet diary. I am following Slimming World Extra Easy (not sure if this is the best one or not)
Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thankyou :thankyou:

Day 1
Bfast: Bran Flakes (HEb) Skimmed Milk (HEa) Banana

Lunch: Baked Potato, Tuna and Mayo (2 syns) Salad. Mullerlight

Dinner: Chicken and Salad. Mullerlight and Banana

Hey I would try to change what you are having from day to day - I would make sure you are using lighter than light mayo and if you can try to cook I have syn free quiche with baked beans - also try and eat super free foods they speed up your metabolism like prawns :)
