HELP needed syns in vanilla bean paste

ive just bought a jar of vanilla bean paste as i thought it would be ALOT cheaper and less hassle than vanilla pods.

but it has no nutritional info on it and im struggling to find out if it has syns or not

It's about 29 calories per tablespoon - so about 1.5 syns. Hope that helps?

i prob only stir a tsp into a full tub of yog so how do i syn that as i only have a quarter of 1/2 a syns worth

I would say it is free, but if you are worried add the half syn somewhere in the week if you ate going to consume it all in that same week iykwim ;-)

don't syn if it's occasional, but add an extra couple of syns per week if you're eating it every day?
