I dont know if this goes for anyone else but at class on thursday were going to be having a party to celebrate 40 years of slimming world.

We have been told to bring something in free on a EE day with no syns....and i cant think of what to take in.....can anyone help?

I need something easy to make and probably cold as i dont know weather we are going to have something there to heat also maybe something i can do the night b4.

Boil up a couple of bags of savoury rice, let them go cold and add some finely diced red onion, and peppers. Serve cold.

you'd think cooking savoury rice was easy hey....when i cooked it last week it was a lil hard an stuck to the pan :( you wouldnt think i was 23! :( haha

How about syn free quiche - there is a recipe in the recipe section.
I am taking Donnie's lemon meringue pie and the squidgie chocolate cake, which is not syn free but almost. We were'nt told to bring syn free, though.
