Help Needed!!!

Hey People,

I've been doing the diet for about 9 weeks now & I've only lost 10 pound. First week I lost 4pounds then STS for about 3 weeks then a big lose of 6pounds then STS untill last week 1pound off and this week STS....

Any one got any help or suggestions!!!

I'm happy with the lose but I feel I'm working hard and watching what I eat and getting no results...

agree with the above! They say to aim for 1-2lb per week and yours is 1lb per week or near as dammit!

What are you eating on average?
Hey guy thanks for the comments I am happy with the lose. This week I'm just going to try really hard to stick completely to my points allowance and see what happens then.
