been while from iv been on, havent had best few weeks so been all over place, missed group last week so havent exactly been good.. im feelin better this week and have started fresh today.. i have got weigh in 2nte and i just hope i havent put to much on:sigh:but im forgettin bout past few weeks and im on track again today.. hope ur all well xx

Whenver we have a bad day/week/month its always best to draw a line under it & start over. Its good you're going to weigh in, that'll be an incentive to carry on being good from tomorrow. Good luck! x
