Hi, I don't know if anyone can help as I am very confused with the EE day's... I always stick to green days but it seems that people tend to have better weight loss on EE, the thing is i can't get my head round it. Is it basically you drop a healthy A and B, but can eat all free foods as long as 1/3 plate super free. My question is....on the green plan If i fancied a snack I would have rice pudding (pudding rice and muller light) or a mug shot, If I was follwing the EE plan are you still able to snack on these?? And if so do you have to have a load of fruit or super food with it? Thanks from a very confused member!!
