Help! No Added Sugar Squash?

Hi Everyone,

Im new to slimming world and im just trying to find out weather Tesco Orange Double Strength (NO ADDED SUGAR) Squash is free. I have read throught the book and it says that low calorie squash is free, and used the slimming world website but cant find anything, any help would be grately appreciated.

Yes it's free. You just need to read the nutrition label on it to see if it's free, if the calories are zero or extremely minimal then it's free

it says on the bottle 250ml when diluted contains 5 calories <1% . is that free? Thanks for your help.

I was told by the consultant that all no added sugar diluted drinks are free

Yep, thats definitely free

All NAS squash will be free, thats just the way to work out if something you're not sure about is likely to have syns in as when you dont know you can use 1 syn per 20 calories to work it out
