HELP! Picnic??

Going away for a long weekend and planning on taking a picnic to ensure i stick to my diet.....any ideas?????

Lots of salady things and low fat dressings (I make epic salads with EVERYTHING in them - mixed leaves, spinach, grated carrot, radish, tomatoes, cucumber, celery, spring onions), WW naan breads or pittas, wafer thin ham, that Tesco value chicken tikka stuff is only about 2points for the whole pack,

Really low fat dips.. make your own just v low fat yoghurt and mint and cucumber. How about a ww garlic ciabatta cooked in advance ?
 
I make a huge salad - loads of lettuce, tomatoes, spring onions, etc and I love adding boiled egg without the yolks - free! And roasted peppers, courgette, red onion and mushrooms. I also add a tin of ww tuna and a good dollop of extra light mayo. Its a feast and only 1.5-2 points. That will leave you points for a wee treat if you fancy it lol.
