HELP: Please check this food plan!

Hi everyone,

I am trying to write a week worth of EE, a week worth of red and a week worth of green. Can you please check my ideas so far? Not the most adventurous meal plan, I know :)

I haven't included all the syn values, so no need to point that out :) I am really just wanting to know if I have the right idea. When I experimented with red and green before I STS for 2 weeks, so I just want to know if I am understanding the plan correctly. I have included all HeB's, not A's as I always use this on my milk allowance. And I know I need snacks between meals (Superfree of course :D).
