help please for me to do a change n have red day tomorow

hi im just wondering if anyone could give me some idead as ive always done green days but would like to have a change n have a red day, what wouldu a healthy b options be and also what foods are free on red days are eggs n beans still free?

n anyone know sausages and normal bacon please
 
Do you not have a book? The information is all in there or you can check out the newbies thread in the main forum
Basically free foods are lean meat and fish but pasta, rice, pulses, grains are all synned or some can be used a HEB. So beans are not free sorry. Lean bacon would be free but sausages have syns unless they are the Linda McCartney red onion ones. Fruit and veg are the same as green except potatoes, parsnips, peas and sweetcorn are not syn free.
