help please - freezing food

Im heading out shopping and planning on having a massive cooking day tomorrow to fill my freezer with healthy SW meals such as bologanise sauce, stews, casseroles etc.

Im planning on making the chicken tikka curry which is the starter pack - it has yoghurt and things in it so do you think it will be okay to freeze? x

I would freeze it if it was me , just give it a good store when you defrost and come to use it next

Yougurt splits when frozen so not the best one to freeze x

I wouldn't add the yoghurt until I was ready to eat it x
