Help please re bad weekend!

Hi I've screwed up over the weekend, eating over my syns last night, and craving rubbish today. I usually do EE, but was wondering if it's worth trying a few Red days before my wi on Wednesday to cancel out the damage over the weekend and to try and speed things up.

I'm desperate to lose this week, as I couldn't make wi last week due to ilness, and I'm losing quite slowly on EE. Only lost 7lb in 5 weeks!

What do people think? Any advice much appreciated

I want to be fitter again
That is half a stone in 5 weeks which would be about 5 stone in a year!! Take each day as it comes this is not a race but a way of life. Slow losses are good losses. You have lost 3% of your body weight in just over a month. That is brilliant xxx

I'm going to give Red days a go till Wednesday and try and cut back on syns a little. Will also up the exercise and hopefully, it won't be too bad on wi on Wed
