Hubby has got some meat out for tomorrow night's tea. So far I've been doing green days. Have pointed up the casserole for tomorrow night's tea, but not sure what to do for lunch that would be either free or low in syns. Any ideas? Have tuna...but what to have it with?

    Confused!

    Thanks xxx

Tuna mixed with soft boiled egg (just makes it less dry), butternut squash if you have any & salad stuff.

I had that for lunch earlier this week & I thoroughly enjoyed it. Or if you don't fancy meat what about something made with quorn.
