    Hi everyone

    wel i had currently lost 10.5lb with ww in 4 weeks which i was chuffed with but then was away for easter and with not bein at class i gained 6lb!!!!!:break_diet:

    so bein extra good this week to try and shift it, except out to dinner with a friend 2nte to my fav restaurant, usually i have beef in chilli sauce with veg (without pitta bread) and have it with champ, how many points do u think this would be on average?

    help wud be much appreciated xxx

    they dont have a website its from moes grill in antrim , northern ireland, just wanting a rough estimate lol xx

    I usually check the Eating Out guide for something as close to it as possible and use that as a guideline

    To do WW properly you really do need all the tools. Id realy recommend an Eating Out Guide. Youll probably be able to pick one of last years up quite reasonably on ebay

    hi there.....why dont you have 2 less points per day the rest of the week which means you have 12pts to play with for you meal out......then you can go, relax, and ENJOY it. try not to beat yourself up about it and just comprimise elsewhere xx
