help please

    a friend of mine has asked me to find out how many points she would be allowed on weight watchers,she is 5ft 3 and weighs 19 stone,some one on here did have a link to go straight to a weight charty thing lol,but i cant find it now,all help will be great thank you

    thank you for that but its the one where you put your weight and height in and it tells you how many points your allowed,but that is great also many thanks
