help please

    hi all,

    this is my first week on ww.

    on saturday i did 1 hour of boot camp which earnt me 17 points.

    iv done the same today so another 17 points
    iv used 2 weeklies and havent used any activity points.

    i get weighed tomorrow and so far today iv had

    bagel with butter and a banana


    ww quiche

    ww cake bar
    ww cake

    ww chilli and wedges

    curly wurly

    iv still got 7 points left and dont know how to use them.
    please cna you advise on should i use them and if so on what ?
