Hi, is anyone able to tell me please how many Syns are in the Co-op salmon salads please.. see picture... also if anyone does work it out for me, would u let me know how you did it lol - oh and why I am being needy.. so you know if you can save syns up during the week, for a 'bad eating night out'? Thanks in advance to anyone that can help x

I have had a look on the app and can't find it on there (the only one they have is 9 syns). Have you got a picture of the nutritional info and I can use the SW calculator to try and work it out?

Ok it is working out at 4 syns based on that so not bad

no worries. That's what's coming out from the info anyways. If it was a mayonnaise dressing probably isn't as bad as you think and everything else looked pretty much syn free x
