    im doing the extra easy plan, if i only have 2laughing cow triangle extra light cheeses, can i use half of the milk allowence? :confused:

    You can split you HEX but it should really be done accurately. E.g., 2 laughing cow is 2/5 of your HEA so you should really have 3/5 of the milk allowance to make it up (for semiskimmed this would be 150ml).

    now i am confused my mums c said you can not split healthy extras and she is one of the top c's in the country (apparantly) now i am confused too xx

    Yes you can, providing it is something you can split properly ie 1 weetabix and 1 alpen light would be fine! If you use the search facility on here then you'll find alot of threads on the same topic :)

    Your Mum's consultant needs to look at the FAQs on the SW website then because it clearly tells you that you can split them

    Sorry but i can just picture it.
    Nose in the air "but i'm one of SWs top consultants and i know everything"

    Sorry but SW dont have different level consultants. They have different starting packages but its down to you just how much you work & how much money you make etc. So she may do really well group wise so sw will be super happy with her (they get more money!) but thats all.
