I am new to this so please be patient. I have been diabetic for 35 yrs and on insulin for 10. I had my gastric bypass 4 weeks ago. I have lost 25 lbs over 5 pre and post op weeks. Before my op my blood sugars went down to normal so I came off insulin. Unfortunately they have gone up again and 9 days ago I started taking it again. In those nine days I have not lost one ounce of weight. I have stuck to the diet faithfully but my dietician does not believe me. Has anyone else experienced this? I am sure it is the insulin that is stopping me loosing weight does anyone agree with me or have any advice for a very confused and depressed lady. Thank you :cry:
