    Decide to have chicken wrapped in bacon and stuffed with tesco very low fat garlic and herb cheese (bit like philly) does anyone know if i can use it as a hx b choice or do i need to syn it and if so how much?

    until i checked my books i thought i could use it as a b choice but now not sure

    help please ladies:confused:

    thanks, for some reason i can't find a recipe anywhere to say yes or no!

    i will use it as a hx a and not feel guilty then x

    It can definately be used as a H.E as can the onion and chive variety :)
