My son has got a friend round from school to stay overnight. Its his first sleepover so Im not sure how these things work, so to speak!

What time do you think is acceptable for them to start winding down and getting sorted for bed? They are both 7. I dont mind them being up a little later as its the school holidays but I also have a 2 year old who is in the room next door so I dont want her to be disturbed.

Sorry for the daft question but I want them to enjoy themselves but not get too overtired or for his friend to go home saying he went to bed early lol!! I think I worry far too much about what other people think lol!! x
