    :cry:God i feel rough today, headache, starving, struggling to get my soup down, i am gutted because i feel i was coping fairly well yesterday. Drinking large volumes of water and it just isnt helping:mad:

    Debz I think everyone is like that for the first couple of days. Im on day 4 today and feel fine. My headaches are gone and Im not as cold. Rank taste in my mouth but thats about it!!

    Keep with it! Remember why were doing this in the first place. Promise yourself to keep going for the week until you get weighed. If you still feel crap then decide. You need to just persevere for the moment tho x

    Sometimes I find a decaf coffee helps when i feel like this:)

    Hi Debs, try out some of the other flavours. When you find the ones you like its best to stick with them. As to feeling hungry split the packs into two and have six shakes instead of 3 throughout the day. You can also have mint tea or any other leaf tea but not any flower teas. If you have a headache take a tablet, it is your body detoxing. Take care and good luck.

    hi,

    I am on day 4 too:sigh:, my cdc gave me a motivational weigh in yesterday and a few pounds were off so i should be motivated huh?

    i think i will see the week out and maybe do the AAM perhaps if i am still struggling? Dont wanna give up entirley as my wedding is in September.

    I shall give the decaff a try loopy :)

    have had my painkillers already, think i might try splitting the packs too, same amount of water for half a pack?
