HELP!!! Syn Value for Kidney Beans on a red day

Hi

I have just made a huge chilli con carne, which would have been free, but being absent minded, I added two cans of Napolina Red Kidney Beans (weight 400g, drained weight 260g).

Is anyone able to help me as to what the syn value of these are on a red day. If is too high, I will have to pick them out as I eat them.
