Help - temptation!!

Hi guys!

I'm on day 3 after restarting on plan.

I've had a great day - no hunger or headaches and feeling great.

Tonight's another story though! I am soooooooo hungry and have such a big craving for a pizza! Im not even a fan of pizza but so want a pizza hut right now!

How can I fight this urge? Any tips on fighting the hunger?

Just keep strong. Each craving will last about 20 minutes... Drink water, have a hot bath, read a book or go to bed. Don't give in now, you've
Come so far. We all know how you feel, on day 4 I could have eaten my own arm.

Go take a really nice bath or get busy cleaning. Write down and remind yourself why you want to go cd. Cravings will pass. Don't give in! Fight it x
 
Drink a glass of water& do something.

Have a bath
Paint your nails
Sort out some paper work
Put on a face pack
Go for a walk

Anything to distract yourself

It will pass in about 10-20 mins

You're so right. You'd think the thought of having to do days 1,2 and 3 again would be enough to put me off.

I'm hoping day 4/5 gets easier

Thanks so much everyone for the tips! You guys on here are fab! This is the first time I've been on mini mins. Now I know why everyone raves about it!

Off to run myself a hot bath and read my book.
