    Going Southport for a scooter rally this weekend and really dont want to fall off the wagon so has any1 got any good tips on how i could be good....will be much appreciated. :D:D

    Hi, I have started taking a pack of couscous camping then you just need to add it to a cup of hot water and leave for a few minutes, I normally add some baby plum tomatoes; it's quite filling - though not particularly inspiring! Also there are often jacket potato vans at events like that so jacket and beans would be free on green too. Take lots of fruit and cereal bars to snack on. Have fun! x
