help with chicken and brocoli bake

Hi guys,

Really would love some help here as I am hopless in the kitchen. I am wanting to make the above but ideally want to keep in syn free but I'm struggling to think of somthing to use for the creamy sauce, any ideas from all you Nigella Lawson's out there ? lol

I've made this sausage and broccoli one before, I'm sure you could sub the chicken for sausages?!

I think in the latest SW magazine they have said to get some cottage cheese with chives in - that would work!?!? xxxx
