As i'm new to this - would yuou please check mye menu and tell me if its OK and also Im still confused re HEA's and HEB's

Branflakes, Skimmed milk

Banana, apple

Large greeen salad, with egg, chicken and 2 ryvita, yogurt and fruit

Salmon with loads of broccoli and carrotts, fruit

Not sure if this is OK on EE - which are my HEA's and HEB's? Or if it should be a red day. Please help

On EE your branflakes would be your HEB and milk your HEA. You would need to have some fruit with your breakfast to make it an EE meal and syn the ryvita as you already had your HEB.

It could be a red day as you get two HEbs - branflakes and ryvita

But you should still have your syns as well. Other that that it looks fine.
