    hi, ive just started the ww havent been to a meeting as such but wiling to give it a go. i found a page on the web with a list of foods with the points next to it but it was a usa list does any1 know it that makes a difference ?? thanks nat x :confused:

    The USA work their points out totally different to the UK, as they include fibre so yes I think it would make a difference.

    Really? i didn't know that. I thought points were points.
    Are their daily allowances worked out differently too?

    No idea, you could try asking on the website (USA one) how their work out their allowance, but the points are def worked out differently
