hi there,
really sorry if i've posted in the wrong place but need some advice i've got a slow cooker and i cooked some chicken legs in it for dinner i added carrots and veg stock just enough water to cover them and took the skin of before i ate it trouble is the water looked quite oily even though i didnt add any plus i didnt eat any juice do you think i should syn this.

I wouldn't bother for a one-off but in future if you scrunch up some balls of foil and rest the chicken on top of them that will stop it sitting in the fatty juices.
