    well guys headn to a friends 2nte and decided i wud make a stirfry before i go, made it there and it was vile :jelous::jelous:the sauce i used was horrible! so my friend is gettn a pizza which i wud luv but unfortunately cant:(so was goin to have one of their chicken kebabs, which is a medium pitta bread and just a chicken breast fillet cut up n cooked in oven this is served with sauce n salad, how many points do u think we are talkin?also how many points in a portion of wedges?(also cooked in oven)

    Roughly I would guess.

    Pitta bread - 2.5 points
    Chicken medium portion - 2 points
    Wedges (depends on how many grams) e.g. 100g = 3-4 points.

    Sorry don't know about the sauce.

    mmmmm not sure wat to put! maybe 3 for the sauce? i have 5 points left for today n another 5 saved, do u think that will cover it?if not i can cut back between now and mon xx

    If you only have a medium portion of wedges then 10 should cover it but try and save more just incase the sauce is fattening. Maybe not use the whole sauce, just enough to flavour the chicken? That could help.

    yeah will try do that, is it ok to cut back on points over the week to substitute the rest? as iv only 5 left for today and 5 saved xxx

    Should be fine. If I know I have a night out at the weekend, I tend to save points throughout the weekdays for them. I'm not sure but I think you can save 4 points per day? So say I save 4 points a day during the week, I will have an extra 20 points at the weekend. I don't do it too often though as I'm always terrified I put on when I go on the scales on Monday.

    well thats the thing i weigh in on monday lol i wasnt officially out just round at a friends ended up with chicken kebab on pitta with salad n sauce n a few wedges no more than a handful, hopin that 10 points will cover me :) out for lunch 2mro n goin4 open prawn salad :) im gna try cut back sum points on sun too to substitute just incase and maybe get sum exercise in xx
