The fact it's WI tomorrow shouldn't affect your decision to eat now, so long as it's within your syns you'll be fine!

You shouldn't be hungry on this diet, there's simply too much food we're allowed to eat to be hungry!!

I'm craving take away food. I just dont fancy anything healthy but I've just made beans on toast using my hexb and it seems to of curbed my urge to ring for a kebab. I've been on sw for 6 days now and have found it a breeze I just dont understand why tonight I felt totally out of control. I hope I have a good loss tomorrow thanks for your reply xx

you could always make your own kebab... there's a recipe for a doner style on here, and chicken kebabs are easy just no pitta bread and go easy on the sauce, have you had all 15 syns?
