Extra Easy Days Help!!!!

    Hi all its weigh in tomorrow and I'm starving and craving something fatty :0( I've already had my syns. Just need some tips and advice to help me not binge tonight please

    The fact it's WI tomorrow shouldn't affect your decision to eat now, so long as it's within your syns you'll be fine!

    You shouldn't be hungry on this diet, there's simply too much food we're allowed to eat to be hungry!!

    I'm craving take away food. I just dont fancy anything healthy but I've just made beans on toast using my hexb and it seems to of curbed my urge to ring for a kebab. I've been on sw for 6 days now and have found it a breeze I just dont understand why tonight I felt totally out of control. I hope I have a good loss tomorrow thanks for your reply xx

    The minty taste will put you off wanting chocolate ;-)

    If you are desperate, why not have a yoghurt??

    you could always make your own kebab... there's a recipe for a doner style on here, and chicken kebabs are easy just no pitta bread and go easy on the sauce, have you had all 15 syns?

    Thanks for the advice guys the beans on toast did the trick and I lost 5lbs at wi so pleased with myself
