    I'm just about to cook my tunas steaks and only 1 problem! Iv ran out of kitchen foil !! Would greaseproof paper do, its all iv got x

    I would just pan sear them with some frylight. They really don't need cooking fir very long.

    I use greaseproof paper all the time. Just use a little fry light to stop it sticking.

    I too would spray a bit of fry light in a pan. As Brit Mum said they don't take long.

    How do you know when they are ready? Mine were frozen steaks, they are just falling apart, I'm.thinking they are ready?? X

    If they are falling apart then they will be overcooked.

    Tuna is very quick to cook, you need a hot pan and literally a couple of minutes each side and that's it. Less if you like it rare in the middle.
