Can anyone tell me how I can get syn values for harvester restaurants on the slimming world website ? Thanks

Doesn't anything come up when you type Harvester? I thought it did... What are you looking for?

Just want a general list of things . Where do you type it in sorry am I being dumb lol

It only seems to show puds & starters I put harvester chicken or harvester gammon & it brings nothing relevant up

Chicken & gammon are both free in the harvester as long as you take the skin off and don't eat the fat on the gammon.

Jacket potatoes are frer if you don't add butter it sour cream.

The simply chicken dish on the early bird menu is completely free btw.

Harvester is great for SW friendly meals!

Harvester is my favourite place to go for SW friendly meals. Also, the calories are shown on the menu so that should help avoid anything disastrous.
