some sort of low fat yoghurt desert probably. not low fat chocolate cake or anything like that :/

Ok thank you, makes A LOT more sense :) calories on refeed are so low i wonder how people go from LT to weight watchers without excessive weight gain :/

Just seen the low fat desert now, but to be honest, I didnt use it when I was refeeding, I was always full up with the meal.

If you feel you need it though, just have a low fat yogurt, or a small portion of 0% Fat Free Greek yogurt.

Good luck with re-feeding.
