    Hiya how you all doing? Started these tablets yesterday but not really sure what to eat? What's everyone's day to day meals like? X

    Hiya. I'm doing ok thanks - I've lost 10 stone 3lbs so far and just keep plodding on, lol. :) xx

    It's taken me about 2.5 years, so pretty steady. I started off on 1,800-2,000 cals, as I had so much to lose, then gradually reduced it. Now I have 1,300-1,400 in the week, a bit more at weekends. :) xx
