HELP.....!!!!!

Hi ladies I really need your help.....I'm in week two of Lipotrim. I lost 5lbs on my first weigh-in which I was relatively happy with. In general I like Lipotrim, The simplicity of the 3 shakes is great for me as I'm rubbish at calorie counting. My big problem is that I really crave something between shakes, especially in the evening. Is there anything at all that I can nibble on that won't interfere with the plan. I'm not asking for ideas on cheating because I know it's not allowed in the forum. I really want this to work but I know what I am like. It maybe that Lipotrim is not for me (I hope not coz I do like it).

I have done lipotrimbefore successfully a long time ago
on day 1 now again as I've regained the weight
they gave me 'breath strips' which i found really helped
they are pretty disgusting unless you are on lipotrim in fact!
in lipotrim ketosis they are fresh and really handy for breath symptoms
you don't even need them all the time - just a few a day
they are zero energy and were recommended at the pharmacy - so are not a cheat at all
