Hi there, I've been doing LL since mid Jan this year and lost 5 stone. My downfall was going on hols the end of May and eating and ever since have struggled. I moved into Route to Management but it's not working for me coz it's constantly on my mind that I have more weight to lose and it's not happening by eating food. My goal was to be a size 12 by December when I go to Florida for Christmas and I'm a 14 at the mo so know I don't have far to go.

I'm in bed this week with a virus and done a lot of thinking and decided to go back on it til I lose my last 2.5 stone.

Is there anyone else in the same situation as me? :confused: Hope to hear from you.
