    I really need some help from you all ou there to stop me getting on the scales in between my wi,as i have been on them about 20 times from last monday wi.

    Sandy.... i need telling off :rolleyes:

    Keep remembering you are not helping yourself.

    Put them away somewhere so you can't reach them or take out the batteries and throw them away.

    You should only have the one weekly weigh in each week at your class

    You can do it

    They are soo addictive and can be very frustrating cant they?
    The only thing I can suggest is to throw them out

    I know you shouldn't do it but I believe most of us weigh ourselves daily. The only days I don't weigh myself are when I have some worry which is more important than my weight. If you weigh daily you have to be prepared to accept all the minor ups and downs which are due to fluid balance,hormones etc.These can be misleading so daily weigh-ins are not recommended. I am also trying to break the habit so I'll be interested to see how you get on.
